I can't help but think of a Mary Poppins quote... " practically perfect in every way." That background with her eye color & the soft pink in her skin with her lovely auburn hair, just beautiful. The ONLY critique I have is that bit of purple in the bottom right. Maybe just clone out her shirt with background or crop it?
O.K., I'm hoping you've uploaded the PS'd version here. I had only read as far as Shannon's post and I couldn't even see the purple spot. Yikes, I thought I was totally losing it!

Went with your suggestion Shan, you were right, when I looked at it again all I could see was that bit of purple. Yeah for photoshop!
